While in Tulum, Mexico; we visited the Mayan Ruins. It was a 10 minute cab drive from the hotel. At the entrance, you could walk a mile to the ruins, or you could take a train(which do you think we did?)
The water was incredibly beautiful, the ruins are on the side of a cliff. Apparently the myans threw people over as sacrifice to the gods.
Such sofisticated building for a primitive lifestyle.
You had to walk down a very steep staircase to reach the sand.
While, I was in bed sick, P began his underwater adventure!
